The MindBox® International User Group’s mission is to serve the MindBox® user community
by acting as an information channel, an advocate for user issues,
and a force
that helps to determine the product direction of ARTEnterprise™.
As MindBox®
grows, so will the User Group, helping us to be even more successful in pursuing the goals
of the user community. Our objectives include:
- Providing an expanding list of membership benefits to MindBox® users.
- Supporting a communication network among users, and between users and MindBox® management.
- Serving as a strong advocate for issues of concern for MindBox® users.
- Providing a forum for users to influence future MindBox® product direction.
- Maintaining a communication channel for MindBox® to share important information with
users.
- Sustaining an integrated user group that operates locally, regionally, and internationally.
- Encouraging creative and insightful new approaches to using MindBox® technologies.

As a member in the MindBox® International User Group, you have the ability to request
specific product enhancements in the next release of ARTEnterprise™.
The
enhancement cycle takes place twice a year.
The first set of requests were collected
November 5, 2000, and voted on by the user community to establish a ranking of importance
for all requests. The next enhancements process begins in January, with requests due January 31st,
2007.
If you are a user of MindBox® software and are interested in submitting a product
enhancement, please print out the completed enhancement form and
fax it to Sales at (415) 785-3055,
or send
it as an email attachment to Sales@mindbox.com.
Enhancement requests can also be submitted electronically using the online enhancement
form.
