The founders of MindBox® are well-established in the software products and services industry — with a combined 100+ years of experience. In addition, the other members of the management
team bring depth of experience in the areas of engineering, marketing, finance and
operations.
Bill Richer
General Manager
Bill Richer has more than 23 years experience in the knowledge-based systems industry.
His experience ranges from product development and consulting to sales and executive management. He was the former Vice President of Consulting for Brightware's Solutions
Division, responsible for management of both North American and International
operations.
Prior to Brightware, Mr. Richer was a Regional Consulting Manager
for the Front Office Solutions Division at Inference Corporation. He came to Inference
from the Carnegie Group (which, with Inference, was one of the original four commercial
Artificial Intelligence companies), where he filled various technical roles. Mr.
Richer has a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Delaware
and a Bachelor's degree in mathematics from the University of Waterloo.
Chuck Pepe
Vice President of Consulting
Chuck Pepe has 22 years of experience in managing, building and deploying complex mission critical applications; 13 years in Financial Services, 6 years for NASA
at the Kennedy Space Center, 3 years in the area of Automated Design and System
Configuration for Westinghouse Electric. He was one of the original developers
of Fannie Mae's Desktop Underwriter system and he has built or managed the development
of intelligent decision systems for large and small mortgage companies, banks, Wall
Street firms and credit unions. He has a M.S. in Artificial Intelligence from
Northeastern University, a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Catholic University
and a B.S. in Physics from Georgetown University. He has published several
articles on both Rule-based and Model-based reasoning systems.
Charles Storm
Director of Sales
Charles Storm has over 27 years of experience in the Mortgage and Financial
Services Industries and has 12 years of sales and marketing expertise at a variety of software companies.
He began his career in Commercial Banking within the Mortgage Group
and went into sales after 15 years of working with Commercial Banks and Savings
and Loans. Mr. Storm previously worked with GHR Systems, Inc., MortgageFlex
Systems, Inc., Ignition Mortgage Technology Solutions, Inc. a wholly owned subsidiary
of Freddie Mac and RF/Spectrum Decision Science Corporation, a division of Fiserv.
