Course Registration Information

Registrations are accepted on a first-come, first serve basis. To enroll in
a scheduled course, review the course description carefully, then contact us at
1-877 650-MIND or (6463), or by email at Training@mindbox.com.
A check, purchase order, or credit card authorization must accompany the registration,
or follow under separate cover, at least two weeks prior to the course start date
in order to confirm a registration. If the registrar does not receive payment
or a purchase order by that time, the registrar cannot guarantee your registration.
A student will be officially confirmed when payment or a purchase order is received.
We maintain small class sizes in order to provide adequate individual attention.
MindBox® closes course registration when the maximum number of confirmed enrollments has been reached.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel enrollment in a regularly scheduled course, written notice must be received
at least two weeks prior to the course start date. Any cancellation received
less than two weeks prior to the course start date will be subject to a cancellation
fee: 50% of tuition for cancellations within two weeks; 100% of tuition for
cancellations less than two working days prior to the first day of the course.
MindBox® reserves the right to change course schedules or cancel courses.
Every effort will be made to notify registered students of class cancellation at
least two weeks prior to the course start date.
